FESTIVE MENU BOOKINGS

To reserve a table in December our booking system requires you to enter your card details. This is in place of a deposit (which we required in previous years). If you do not attend and do not inform us of your cancellation a £5 per person charge wille made on your card. This is to prevent no-shows which, during the busy December period, have been financially damaging in the past. We rely heavily on this period and when people do not attend their bookings or cancel in advance we are not able to offer it to the many other diners requesting a spot, therefore losing the revenue from this tale. We do not hold your details on site, and never have access to them. They are held securely by ResDiary (our booking system provider) and are removed from their system after you attend your booking.

In order to maintain smooth service for your Christmas party, we also require complete food pre-orders, including the names of each guest and their meal choice. When you book online you will receive an email containing a link to the online form to complete this preorder. You will also have the option to email a link to the rest of your party for them to complete this themselves.
